Internship Program

The OPERION Internship Program is open to Malaysia’s university and college students. This Internship Program aims to offer selected candidates an opportunity to improve their skills and the experience of working in a standard corporate environment. Interns generally find the experience rewarding and enjoyable.

To be eligible for the Internship Program, candidates must possess an undergraduate diploma and should have completed their first year of studies. The internship program must be for a minimum of 3 months.

Throughout the internship programme. We will rate the internship student as below:

Aggressive towards gaining experience and personal development.
Accountability and being active towards a problem / issue.
Constructive ideas / feedbacks for the company.

The program typically seeks candidates in the following fields:

Information System
Computer Science
Graphic Design
Business & Marketing Studies

We pay a monthly allowance to all interns. We also provide a budget for travel expenses, if applicable. Interns are responsible for their own living, accommodations, and food. BONUS is given to interns based on their outstanding performance.

Positions Available

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Economics, or any related field.
Available for at least 3 months of internship duration.
Required language: English.
Skilled in market research to identify new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) or any other relevant software tools.
Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
Eager to team and take on new challenges.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field.
Available for at least 3 months of internship duration.
Required language: English.
Apply programming skills to assist in coding, debugging, testing, and maintaining software applications.
Collaborate with internal software teams to develop and improve software products.
Assist in the design and development of web applications using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Python, and Java.
Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
Eager to team and take on new challenges.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or any related field.
Available for at least 3 months of internship duration.
Required language: English.
Support data analytics, digitalisation, and reporting tasks to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Support data analytics by creating Power BI visualizations, using AI and automation to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
Eager to team and take on new challenges.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
Available for at least 3 months of internship duration.
Assist in developing AI models and end-to-end solutions for various applications.
Research emerging AI/ML technologies and algorithms to improve projects.
Apply Python to develop, test, and optimize AI/ML models.
Quickly learns new tools and technologies, with a strong interest in AI, machine learning, big data, and data analysis.
Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
Eager to team and take on new challenges.

Passionate about Web3, blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized marketing strategies.
Assisting in developing and executing brand positioning for Metaverse and Web3 projects.
Supporting the creation of compelling narratives to enhance community engagement and growth.
Helping manage and expand online communities across Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
Collaborating with influencers, DAOs, and thought leaders to amplify brand reach.
Assisting in the design and execution of NFT launches, token marketing, and Metaverse activations.
Analyzing marketing performance metrics and providing insights for optimization.
Researching Web3 trends to contribute to innovative marketing campaigns.
Ensuring brand consistency across digital and decentralized platforms.
Coordinating with designers, developers, and content teams on branding strategies.
No prior experience required, but knowledge or coursework in Web3, blockchain, or digital marketing is a plus.

Passionate about video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling techniques.
Assisting in editing and producing high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and social media.
Supporting the enhancement of video content with effects, transitions, animations, and sound design.
Collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging visual narratives.
Helping manage raw footage, organize clips, and ensure smooth post-production workflow.
Optimizing video formats for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal across all video content.
Adapting and revising edits based on feedback from clients and management.
Researching industry trends and learning new video editing technologies.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.

Candidates in the same industry experience will be given preference.
Candidates having a CGPA of 3.6 will be given preference.

Standard Requirements for all the positions above:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma.
